Classic-X Profiler is a compact industrial machine designed to shape raw materials into uniform round pieces with high accuracy. It profiles potatoes, various root vegetables, fruits and similar products into clean 17–35 mm shapes using interchangeable tooling. With stable operation and a capacity of 50–150 kg/h, the Classic-X delivers consistent quality for both snack production and more demanding fine-dining applications. Built entirely from stainless steel, it is easy to clean, reliable to operate and suitable as a standalone unit or as part of a larger processing line.
