Forsfood Group Oy and Orat Oy have signed an agreement under which Forsfood Oy will become part of Orat Oy and Banmark Group.
Forsfood has been serving customers in the food processing industry for more than 30 years. This acquisition is a natural step in Forsfood’s development and provides a strong foundation for future growth.
The most important message to our customers is that our operations will continue as normal. Forsfood will continue operating under its own name, our current team will remain in place, and all ongoing projects, maintenance and spare parts services, as well as customer support, will continue without interruption.
As part of Orat Oy and Banmark Group, Forsfood will gain access to even stronger resources to support sales, service, product development, and international growth. At the same time, our customers will benefit from broader expertise and an even more comprehensive range of solutions and services.
