Classic-5 is a compact hybrid peeler designed for processors who need high-quality peeling results in a small footprint. Its dual-action abrasive–knife roller opens the outer layer and finishes the peel in one controlled motion, delivering clean, uniform results across different root vegetables. Classic-5 is designed for raw root vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, swedes, turnips and celeriac. Its dual-action abrasive–knife roller handles variations in size and surface hardness with stable peeling quality.
The machine processes approximately 600–1100 kg/h, depending on the raw material type, size and surface condition. Six- and ten-roller versions allow matching the capacity to your line requirements.
