F.A.Q Classic 1000 Peeler
Classic-1000 is designed for raw root vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, swedes, turnips and celeriac. The hybrid abrasive–knife roller handles variations in size and surface hardness with consistent peeling quality.
The roller integrates abrasive and knife sections on the same shaft. The abrasive surface opens the outer layer, and the knife finishes the peel cleanly. This reduces waste, improves surface uniformity and extends blade life.
The machine processes approximately 600–1100 kg/h, depending on the raw material type, size and surface condition. Six- and ten-roller versions allow matching the capacity to your line requirements.
Yes. The Classic-1000 includes line-ready mechanical and electrical interfaces and can be paired with feeding conveyors, rinsing units or inspection systems in continuous industrial workflows.
